You are someone with a civil drainage focus and takes pride in your work, bringing a solutions-based mindset to every job. You’re confident working on commercial projects, communicate well with clients and colleagues, and enjoy being part of a professional, supportive team.
Whether you’re an experienced leader or recently qualified, you’ll fit in well if you:
Hold a current NZ Certificate in Plumbing and/or Drainlaying
Have a valid NZ Practising Licence
Bring 6+ years of relevant experience with commercial focus
Have a full driver’s licence and your own tools
Understand and follow Health & Safety procedures as well as uphold professional standards
Are proactive, reliable, and a team player who can back your own decisions
Effective communication and conflict resolution skills
