Prodigy Plumbing Gas & Drainage was engaged to deliver both public and private drainage infrastructure for Tuakiri Property’s residential development at Beach Haven Road. The project forms part of a wider programme of medium-density housing in the area, supporting increased housing supply and long-term community growth on Auckland’s North Shore.

Our team completed the installation of public stormwater and wastewater systems, including 1050mm and 675mm manholes and Watercare-compliant connections. These works formed the backbone of the site’s civil infrastructure, enabling service to multiple dwellings and future development.
In addition to the public works, we carried out full private drainage services across the site. This included installation of pump stations, stormwater detention tanks, cesspits, catchpits, and all associated underground connections. Pipework and fittings were designed to suit site-specific layouts and to integrate seamlessly..
