Prodigy Plumbing Gas & Drainage partnered with Tuakiri Property to deliver a full-service plumbing and drainage package for their residential development at 169 Beach Haven Road. With multiple lots to service and future-proofing at front of mind, our team carried out comprehensive public, private, and internal works.

This included public drainage with multiple new manholes, followed by the installation of stormwater and wastewater across the site. In the private drainage space, we handled pump stations, stormwater tanks, catchpits, and service trenching for all lots.
Internally, we completed underslab drainage, full hot and cold water services, hot water cylinders, and second-fix fit-off to all dwellings. We’re proud to have contributed to the successful delivery of this high-spec, high-intensity project, supporting new housing in one of Auckland’s fastest growing neighbourhoods.
