Prodigy Plumbing Gas & Drainage was proud to partner with Tuakiri Property on their multi-home development at 268 Rangatira Road, Beach Haven; a project that combined solid groundwork with smart future planning.

Our team delivered a significant package of public drainage works, including deep trenching, stormwater and sewer reticulation, and the installation of multiple 1050mm concrete manholes. This work enabled six new lots and included future-proofed services to support ongoing development. We also completed full internal underslab drainage across all dwellings and a large thrusted watermain.
This was a rewarding project to be part of, where thoughtful planning, tidy execution, and strong collaboration came together to support a new community in the making.
