Our scope included construction of new 1050mm concrete manholes, public sewer and stormwater mains, and all shared civil storm assets under the main driveway. We installed SN16-grade sewer and stormwater lines, Watercare-compliant connections, and concrete cesspits with associated channel and riser systems. A major portion of the works also involved installing dual APD stormwater detention tanks as part of the site-wide water management strategy.

Our team coordinated handover deliverables including engineer’s as-builts and system certification. This was a technical project with multiple stakeholders and inspections required as we worked around the main wastewater transmission line for the area, and we’re proud to have delivered a clean, robust result that supports the long-term functionality of this high-density residential site.
