Whangateau Holiday Park
Whangateau Holiday Park is a much-loved and classic part of New Zealand’s holiday history, located on the edge of Whangateau Harbour. The park has been a destination for families and visitors for generations, offering camping, caravans, and cabins in a relaxed waterfront setting.

Prodigy Plumbing Gas & Drainage was engaged to upgrade the park’s communal shower facilities as part of wider improvements to the site. Our works included the removal and replacement of six wall-mounted shower units with MacDonald Industries Tempo Mix Mechanical models, installation of inline solenoid valves for hot and cold supplies, and reconfiguration of pipework to improve efficiency and serviceability. Thermal lagging was also applied to reduce heat loss and enhance long-term performance.
