Prodigy Plumbing Gas & Drainage was engaged to complete the full hydraulic package for the new public toilet block at 4 Freshfields Road, Waimauku, commissioned by Auckland Council.

This facility provides modern, safe, and accessible amenities that serve the growing Waimauku community, supporting local parks, recreation areas, and weekend sports. Designed to meet the needs of families and community groups, the upgraded toilets improve usability and resilience for an area that experiences high public traffic throughout the year.
Our scope covered the entire plumbing infrastructure, including internal and external drainage, water mains, and fixture installation. We completed all under-slab pipework, above-ground waste connections, and first-fix water services, including high-durability copper to meet council specifications. Fixtures supplied and installed included robust commercial-grade sanitaryware, waterless urinals, wall-mounted basins, push-button tapware, and vandal-resistant accessories to withstand heavy community use.
